Clientes a 20m intermitentes

    Buen día, acabo de instalar una torre de 9 metros, las antenas las subí a unos 5metros (3 juntas, a la misma altura) y tengo mucha intermitencia con mis vecinos que están a apenas 20metros, no sé si deba subir las sectoriales hasta la punta o separarlas o no tenga que ver. Todo es equipo Ligo Dlb 5-90 en sectoriales y 5-15 en usuarios
    Los usuarios tomaron el mejor valor para el enlace a apenas 1metro de la azotea (2 plantas igual que la mia). Algún consejo?
    Cuando recien reinicio la sectorial ccq del 100% pero a los minutos cae hasta 20

    con Ligo no e trabajado tenia la intension de hacerlo pero un ex amigo :)D) me recomendo que no lo hiciera.
    pero por cuestiones de logica creo que esas 3 sectoriales que tienes juntas estan jugando chueco.
    otra cosa es que tus clientes que estan muy cerca de la torre debes de bajarle la potencia al minimo ya que por la distancia deben de estar metiendo demaciado ruido a tu base.

    Actualización, al parecer no importa la distancia, todos tienen problemas, ya intenté dejando que las sectoriales elijan la potencia, también las puse a la máxima y que los clientes elijan la potencia, he jugado con los valores de potencia por ambos lados... de estar trabajando todo perfecto, llega algún momento en el dia en el que no les llega ni el 80% de lo que supuestamente les mando o bien, obtienen su velocidad solo por ratos.
    El usuario más lejano está a 600 metros

    Gracias, al bajar la potencia de el CPE frente a mi casa, de 5Mb que recibe se queda en solo 56Kb, luego, si le pongo selecciónar potencia automáticamente, se va a todo lo que dá y lo máximo que envía nuevamente es 5Mb (le estoy dando libre acceso al ancho de banda que son 50Mb)

    es cosa de que juegues con la potencia de tus cpe clientes asi como la distancia del mismo,yo tengo una nano loco m2 a 20 mts de la base y le baje la potencia a 5 dbi esta funcionando super bien, pero le fui buscando la potencia adecuada hasta que logre alcanzar una muy buena calidad de señal.

    Gracias Sniper, ya lo probé y sigo sin poder solucionar, lo que he notado es que un usuario en un rato puede estar en Tx/Rx CCQ, % de 80/100 y al minuto o menos baja a 0/100, 30/100, etc., baja mucho la transmisión, ¿qué podrá ser?

    la distancia, sube captura de ese cliente y de tu ap para ver que tanto podemos hacerle.

    ya subí la captura, en distancia ninguno sobrepasa los 500metros.
    He cambiado del protocolo ipoll2 a ipoll3 y parece mejorar algunos enlaces, pero otros (la mayoría) siguen muy inestables.

    bajale los dbi a 10 u 8 dbi si es que estan a menos de 500 mts de la repetidora pudiera ser que estas metiendo ruido al subir los dbi muy altos.

    Recién estuve viendo la captura del cliente.... es criminal ponerlo a 29dBm para sólo 500mts...

    Bajarle la potencia urgente a lo que te recomienda @sniper_113 ... el problema es que estas haciéndote ruido tu misma...

    Pongo potencia automática y toma el rango de 29dBm, si quito el ajuste automático y bajo la potencia a por ejemplo 12dBi el enlace cae de -46 a -67

    Al parecer era un problema con el firmware de LigoWave, recibí asistencia remota por parte del fabricante y se solucionó el problema. Gracias por la ayuda

    He colocado 4 paneles Ligo 20 PRO, he corregido el firmware de fábrica, por uno que me pasó el service técnico, he acatado todas las ordenes e instrucciones que me han proporcionado, pero no hay caso, siguen desconectándose de a grupos los clientes.
    Las desconexiones son aleatorias, pero grupales. Esto es... se desconectan de los 45, unos 8 o 9 al unísono.
    Al poco tiempo, se desconectan otros 10 o 12 todos juntos...
    Mientras algunos estan hace 2 días, otros estan a 1 o 2 horas.
    Ante la pregunta de si son los mismos los que se desconectan, la respuesta es NO, porque los que hoy están conectados hace "2 o 3 días", mañana, están hace "1 hora"....
    La verdad... un poco decepcionado.
